The issue causing Single Sign-On (SSO) login failures on the Perk Mobile App for both Android and iOS users since Friday, November 7th has been resolved.

Our engineering team has deployed a fix, and normal login functionality has been fully restored. Access to the Perk.com Web App was not affected throughout this incident.

We appreciate your patience and apologise for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.
